A last look at the Great Ceremonial House waterfall at the Polynesian (3/2/14)

According to reports, the whole Polynesian lobby will be changed shortly due to the new DVC that is being constructed.

One of the rumored changes, is the removal of the huge waterfall at the center of the lobby.

It is always a stunning sight when you walk in and see this beautiful waterfall.

It's beautiful and nostalgic, and will be sad to see it go.

The Great Ceremonial House will not be the same without the waterfall.

At least they have resort specific merchandise here at the Polynesian.

The Wyland Gallery has been removed. We took a look at it back in December.

The display windows are completely empty.

As part of the remodel, Capt. Cooks is scheduled to close for a lengthy refurbishment as well.
