Diagon Alley Construction Update from Universal Studios Florida (May 4, 2014)

Since our last trip over, the beautiful and large fountain has been constructed in front of Wyndham's Theatre

Close up detailed view of the fountain. Notice the beautiful chandeliers in the windows of the theater.

Work continues, with many construction workers all around on this Sunday.

The theatre was recently repainted, and it's definitely the show-stopper out of all the facades.

A different angle on the fountain, with the triple decker Knight Bus on the left.

The entrance to Diagon Alley is supposed to be thru the bricks in the Leicester Square facade.

Also new since our last visit over, the lamp posts were added to the water front.

They are working on this archway, still behind scrims.

The berm has been built up since we came last. Definitely does a good job of hiding show buildings in the back.

Still more berm work to be done here.

That's all for now, but look for Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure trip reports in the next few days.
