Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Lobby Reopens (December 19, 2014)

The Polynesian lobby area reopened today, for the first time since March. Here's our report from the last few days prior to demolition of the original lobby: http://www.allaroundorlando.net/2014/03/a-last-look-at-grand-ceremonial-house.html
The New Polynesian Village Resort Lobby reopened today

While the large waterfall has been demolished, there is now ample seating around the entire lobby.

These new lights really add a nice touch to the whole area.

As you can see, plenty of seating all around the new Polynesian Village.

Long orange seats line the wall toward the front check-in desk.

Hidden Mickey is still intact on the Polynesian tile

Part of the old Wyland Galleries was turned into a small DVC office.
Brand new furniture in the Polynesian Village Resort lobby.

If you couldn't tell, my favorite feature is definitely the lighting.
